Are Jehovah’s anointed inspired?

⚪ The anointed are inspired

Apostate views are rejected by loyal spirit-begotten Christians. Since “ananointing from the holy one,” Jehovah, helps them to understand his Word, ‘all of them have knowledge.’ [...] Spirit-begotten ones have an “anointing” by holy spirit, have come to know God and his Son, and “do not need anyone [an apostate] to be teaching” them. By his anointing spirit, God “is teaching” spiritual Israelites “about all things” needed in order to worship him acceptably.

⚫ The anointed are not inspired

The July 15, 2013, issue of The Watchtower explained that “the faithful and discreet slave” is a small group of anointed brothers who make up the Governing Body.

“WHO REALLY IS THE FAITHFUL AND DISCREET SLAVE?”

The Governing Body is neither inspired nor infallible. Therefore, it can err in doctrinal matters or in organizational direction.

This doctrinal change in 2017 echoes the outbreak of the truth, where countless evidence factually demonstrates that the leaders of the organization of Jehovah's Witnesses have not stopped propagating in the Name of Jehovah, contradictions, lessons which were subsequently discarded. The organization had also removed many notes and references in its latest Bible translation. Ironically, it was the Jehovah's Witness organization's own notes and works that became its prosecution witnesses.
